I have been teaching spin classes at the MAC since 2014. I am spin certified through Mad Dogg as well as Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Along with spin, I am also a certified Les Mills Step Aerobics instructor.

I grew up in a small town in Eastern Washington. I attended Eastern Washington University on a basketball scholarship while completing my Elementary Education degree.

I have been blessed with a wonderful husband, Jason, and two adult kids, Rakiah and Gabe.

The Montana Athletic Club was built as a partnership between Doug Mahlum and Jack Tawney in 1991 at 17,000 SF and had 600 members. Today, the MAC is at 32,000 SF with 2,500 members. We are a full-service facility with world-class trainers and instructors.
