Yoga, to me, is about coming together as a community in a safe a loving environment, exploring our breath, our bodies and our sense of playful adventure! This time together allows us to focus on reconnecting with our true selves without the distractions of the world. Ego is left outside the room and we work on accepting where we are, right now. Remember that it is called “yoga practice” and not “yoga perfect”. The secret to having a strong, graceful, flexible body……keep coming to yoga. If you make it to class, the rest will take care of itself. I am humbled and privileged to be with each week and I look forward to seeing you soon. Namaste.
